Prof. Shijian Su

South China University of Technology, China

Profile: Professor Su Shijian, doctoral supervisor and winner of the National Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, with H value of 59, received a master's degree in polymer materials from Xi 'an Jiaotong University in 1996 and a doctorate in bio-inductive functional engineering from National Yamagata University of Japan in 2002. His research direction is organic electroluminescent (OLED) materials and devices. In recent five years, he has published more than 100 SCI papers, all of which have been cited more than 6,000 times by SCI. Published 1 translation and participated in 3 English monographs; More than 50 invention patents were applied for in China, and more than 20 were authorized. He has presided over more than ten national, provincial and ministerial-level projects and projects entrusted by enterprises and institutions, such as national key R&D plans, major research plans of the National Natural Science Foundation, national "863" plan, major science and technology projects in Guangdong Province and cooperation projects in Industry-University-Research, Guangdong Province.

Prof. Dr. Osman Adiguzel

Firat University, Elazig,Turkey

Profile: Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received PhD- degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post doctoral research scientist in 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as research assistant, 1975-80, at Dicle University and shifted to Firat University in 1980. He became professor in 1996, and he has been retired due to the age limit of 67, following academic life of 45 years.He published over 80 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 120 conferences and symposia in international and national level as Plenary Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Invited speaker, speaker or Poster presenter. He served the program chair or conference chair/co-chair in some of these activities. In particular, he joined in last six years (2014 - 2019) over 60 conferences as Speaker, Keynote Speaker and Conference Co-Chair organized by different companies in different countries.


Prof. Xuemei Xu

Central South University, China

Profile: Doctor, professor, doctoral tutor and master tutor, national expert in advanced electronics field, young backbone teacher in Hunan Province, top ten young teacher award in 2003, excellent instructor of electronic competition, and visited abroad at the University of Rochester for one year. His main research interests are artificial intelligence, sensor electronics and chaotic encryption algorithms, and he lectures on high-frequency electronic circuits and optoelectronics. In 2003, he won the top ten young teachers' teaching award at the school level; in 2009, he won the third prize for teaching achievement in Hunan Province; in 2015, he won the third prize for scientific and technological invention in Hunan Province; and in 2023, he won the first prize for scientific and technological progress in Sichuan Province. He has undertaken more than 10 key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation and major projects of the Central Military Commission, published more than 100 papers in domestic and foreign journals such as IEEE, Optic Communication and Electronic Journal, most of which were included in SCI/EI, and authorized and applied for more than 10 invention patents.


Prof. Yang Yue

Xi'an Jiaotong University, China

Profile: Yang Yue received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and optics from Nankai University, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, in 2012. He is a Professor with the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. Dr. Yue’s current research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chip. He has published over 260 journal papers (including Science) and conference proceedings with >10,000 citations, six edited books, two book chapters, >60 issued or pending patents, >200 invited presentations (including 1 tutorial, >30 plenary and >50 keynote talks). Dr. Yue is a Fellow of SPIE, a Senior Member of IEEE and Optica. He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Access and Frontiers in Physics, Editor Board Member for four other scientific journals, Guest Editor for >10 journal special issues. He also served as Chair or Committee Member for >100 international conferences, Reviewer for >70 prestigious journals.
